About Nand Kishor Yadav

Over the last two decades, Nand has traveled across the globe, enhancing his culinary skills with passion and dedication. His gastronomic journey began in India in 1999, where he honed his skills in Indian regional cuisine while working within 5 Star Hotels. Under the guidance of the esteemed Qureshi Family, Nand mastered the art of blending spices and balancing flavours.

Venturing further, Nand explored world cuisine aboard the Carnival Cruise in the USA, working alongside versatile chefs in French, Italian, Mediterranean, and South American cuisine. In 2007, he arrived in the United Kingdom, gaining experience in fine dining and Rosette standard establishments, including working under the leadership of Gordon Ramsay.

In 2013, Nand embarked on his own venture, specializing in Indian and fusion concepts in Southall. His success led him to acquire a bustling pub near Heathrow, where he showcased his culinary expertise and gained popularity among locals.

Nand's commitment to excellence led him to explore upscale volume-based catering opportunities, including exclusive assignments for high-profile clients such as the Hinduja brothers, Strictly Come Dancing crew, and Eastenders at Elstree Studios. His Indian street food stall at the renowned 2022 Chelsea Flower Show garnered widespread acclaim.

He has been associated with CSR activities largely both in India & UK. Now, Nand has decided to dedicate himself to The White Hart, where he aims to bring the very best of his culinary experience to patrons, offering large and small catering events, corporate gatherings, and birthday parties, either at their doorstep or at The White Hart itself. He also runs his own catering business, serving high-end clients, as another branch of his enterprise.

1999-2010

Live Cooking for the Millennium Celebration

Chef Nand and his team served over 5,000 guests on December 31st, 1999, cooking traditional Biryani and curries in clay cookers for one of the grandest celebrations of the millennium at Gymkhana Club, Ahmedabad.

Golf Day Charity Dinner for Famous Footballer Gerry Linker

Chef Nand had the honor of catering for 600 guests at a prestigious charity dinner in England, hosted by a famous English footballer Gary Lineker.

Charity Dinner for Ray Wilkins

Chef Nand catered a charity dinner for 650 people, serving the guests of Ray Wilkins, the assistant manager of Chelsea Football Club in England.

South African Day

Chef Nand had the prestigious opportunity to cater for the South African, West Indies, and England cricket teams, serving 1,500 guests in England.

2011-2015

Dinner for UK Government Ministers

Chef Nand catered a distinguished dinner for Michael Gove, the UK Education Minister, and Theresa May, the Home Secretary, along with their teams in the United Kingdom.

Dinner for Jeremy Kyle Show & His crew

Chef Nand prepared a lavish dinner for 300 guests for the famous British TV presenter Jeremy Kyle and his crew in the United Kingdom.

Hinduja Brothers Boat Party

Chef Nand catered for the Hinduja brothers at an exclusive boat party on the Thames River in London.

Catering for Film Stars and Crew

Bollywood Blockbuster Catering – Chef Nand catered for the star-studded cast and crew of Housefull 3, serving Bollywood icons like Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Lisa Haydon, Nargis Fakhri, and Abhishek Bachchan.

Catering for Sufi Singer Satinder Sartaj

Chef Nand had the honor of catering for Satinder Sartaj, a renowned Sufi singer, at his concert attended by 800 guests in the United Kingdom.

Chelsea Flower Show

Chef Nand was the only Asian chef at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show, where he introduced Indian street food at the event. His stall received widespread acclaim for its unique blend of traditional flavors and modern flair, making a lasting impression on visitors.

Strictly Come Dancing Show

Chef Nand had the privilege of cooking for the Strictly Come Dancing crew at Elstree Film Studios, where he showcased his culinary expertise by preparing a bespoke menu that impressed the renowned dancers, judges, and production team.
